My niece and nephew are officially 1 year old!!!!

Yes, today is Lila and Bennett's first birthday. Happy Birthday cuties!!!!! I'm so glad that I could be at their birthday celebration over Memorial Day weekend. It's really hard to believe that a year has gone by since their birth...I remember it all too well...I remember visiting Nicole in the hospital and getting ready for the Mandeville High School 10 year reunion. I had to get Nicole's opinion on what dress to wear!

After being in Mandeville for almost a week, I had to come back to Nashville (that darn thing called a job just gets in the way sometimes) so I wasn't actually there for the birth. However, I was lucky to make it back shortly after to meet the precious twins for the first time. It really does seem like yesterday...they have "doubled" the amount of joy in all of our lives. I can't wait to see them again soon!
