Steeplechase

Last weekend we attended Steeplechase which is a highly-anticipated event in Nashville. So much fun every year. Unfortunately, this year the weather was rough--rainy and cold. I ended up wearing a rain jacket and rubber flip flops most of the day! Usually, it's such a fun social event and fashion scene in which everyone brings out their Spring best---hats, sundresses, seersucker suits, etc. Definitely very Southern. We were able to snap this quick photo before the weather got too bad. Hopefully, next year we will have better luck! No matter what, it is always a great time with friends and of course, a little gambling on horses too:).
